Rock's Masterpiece: Leonard Cohen - Life and Work

In November 2026, it is ten years since Leonard Cohen died. This evening, literary historian and music journalist Esben Strunk (b. 1980) traces the entire story of Cohen's life and career - with particular focus on the great existential themes that run through his body of work from the debut novel 'Let Us Compare Mythologies' (1956) to his final album, released shortly before his death in autumn 2016. Esben Strunk holds a degree in literary history and has written for the music magazine GAFFA for many years.
