Children, young people, and adults are welcome to paint and decorate their own bird ornament to hang at home or give as a gift.

Materials and inspiration are provided. It is free to decorate one bird per participant; additional birds require payment for materials.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

About the venue: Makerspace Viborg

Makerspace Viborg is a hands-on creative workshop space at Viborg Bibliotekernes main library, equipped with 3D printers, a laser cutter, virtual reality gear and robots. Using the machines is free, though materials cost extra, and a short introduction is required before you can get started. Staff are on hand every Monday and Wednesday from 15:00 to 18:00. The space also hosts Netværkstedet, a drop-in service helping residents with computers, phones and tablets.
