Writing Workshop for Aspiring Authors - Legendary Creatures and Eerie Tales

Writing Workshop - Legendary Creatures and Eerie Tales: 7 November – 28 November 2026, Hovedbiblioteket, Viborg. Admission is free.

As darkness falls, a series of writing workshops about eerie Danish legendary creatures takes place. You can participate in one or all four sessions, held at Hovedbiblioteket in Viborg:

• Saturday, November 7, 1:00 PM-4:30 PM
• Saturday, November 14, 1:00 PM-4:30 PM
• Saturday, November 21, 1:00 PM-4:30 PM
• Saturday, November 28, 1:00 PM-4:30 PM

No writing or reading experience is required - what matters is the desire to tell stories and share them with the group. At the end, the texts are collected into a small shared anthology.

Each workshop has room for a maximum of 12 participants, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is free. To register, email Kristina at kji@viborg.dk or call 29 28 05 82, stating which workshops you wish to attend. The registration deadline is November 1.

More practical information will follow after the registration deadline, but the plan is to meet at the entrance facing the parking lot. The workshop is offered in collaboration with Kulturskolen Viborg.
