Gong Journey with Bo Rødding

Bo Rødding offers a Sound Bath with gongs, HandPan, and singing bowls. Gongs are among the world's oldest musical instruments, originating from China where they have been crafted and played for over 3,000 years. Their broad frequency spectrum, with tones and overtones, is said to penetrate the skin and have a healing effect down to the cellular level. After the session, there is an opportunity to ask questions and share comments.
