Apple Day with Juice and Cakes

Gitte and Palle's Cider Mill returns to Biblioteket Kilden, where you can press your own apples into juice. Bring your apples and containers - the mill handles the rest. Fallen apples work well, but avoid those with rot or worms, and rinse them before you arrive, as grit damages the machinery.

Up to 50 kilos are pressed at a time, so there may be a wait. While you wait, there's an apple cake café. Beekeeper Villy Iversen is also present to talk about beekeeping. Drop in anytime between 11:00 and 13:30.
