Dele Sosimi brings his afrobeat-influenced sound to Stairway in Copenhagen on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at 19:00. The venue is a municipally run black box space on the first floor of Kulturstationen Vanløse, holding up to 350 standing guests. It opened in September 2020 and takes its name from Van Morrison's song "Vanlose Stairway", written during his time in the neighbourhood. Sosimi's music blends funk, traditional Nigerian music, and jazz. This is one of two Danish dates on his tour. Tickets cost 100-150 kr.

About the venue: Stairway

Stairway is a municipally run black box venue on the first floor of Kulturstationen Vanløse, with a standing capacity of 350. It opened in September 2020 and takes its name from Van Morrison's song "Vanlose Stairway", written during his time in the neighbourhood in the late 1970s. The programme covers garage rock, indie, electronic music, jazz/improv and experimental sounds from around the world. Kulturstationen Vanløse has temporarily taken over the space for theatre and other events.
