The Bench

An elderly woman sits on her usual bench in the park - she wants peace and quiet. But life keeps intruding: a man with a newspaper, a boy on a skateboard, birds, and a curious dog. She does her best to keep them all at a distance.

Behind her weathered exterior lies something vulnerable, and slowly she discovers that unexpected encounters can lead to connection - perhaps even a friendship she didn't know she was missing.

The performance is for children aged 6-10 and takes place on Wednesday, 14 October at 11:00 in Borgerhuset, Ahlefeldtsgade 13, 5900 Rudkøbing.

Admission is free but requires advance booking - tickets must be reserved for both children and accompanying adults. If you need to cancel, please notify as soon as possible so the ticket can be given to others.
