DigiPunkt offers free guidance on everyday digital challenges - from creating an email address and downloading photos to booking appointments online or buying a bus ticket. The aim is to make you more independent when facing new digital demands.

You don't need to book in advance - just drop in. The help covers MitID and e-Boks as well as everyday apps. If the task requires more than DigiPunkt can handle, you will be referred to the right place.

On Thursdays in odd weeks, Ældresagen participates and can help with hearing aid apps - though this does not apply during school holidays.
