Get Your Child to Sleep: Help for Parents of Young Children
Biblioteket i Herning, Herning · free entry
Do you struggle with long bedtime routines, frequent night wakings, or a child who can't settle down in the evening? Health visitor and sleep consultant Anne Bjerre from Søvnhuset in Skanderborg comes to Biblioteket i Herning to talk about young children's sleep. She shares practical tools to understand your child's sleep and needs - including how simple, reassuring routines can make a difference.
There will be plenty of time for questions, and children are welcome to attend. Afterwards, one of the library's children's coordinators will tell you about materials and services for parents of young children. The event is free, but requires a free ticket in advance.
The lecture is primarily aimed at parents with children aged 0-3 years, but everyone interested in the topic is welcome. It is part of the series "Children's Wellbeing - an event series for the adults around children", where Herning Libraries invite experts to share knowledge about young children's sleep, digital balance and wellbeing issues. The series is aimed at parents, grandparents and other adults around children.
