Ecstatic Dance by Range of Motion - October theme: TBA (formerly known as Ecstatic Dance with Grundstoff & Ionstrom)

The evening opens at 18:30 with a guided movement workshop inspired by the evening's theme, followed by free ecstatic dancing. You choose which parts of the programme you participate in. DJ Ionstrom handles the music.

Programme for 10 October:
18:15 - Doors open
18:30 - Mini Warmup Workshop with guided movement exploration (facilitator TBA)
19:30 - Doors open again - Cacao served - Circle gathering
20:15 - Takeoff: Ecstatic Dance with DJ Ionstrom
22:00 - Landing: dancing ends, closing circle
22:15 - Opportunity to relax while the space is tidied
23:00 - Venue must be empty

🎵 The Music is built on a soft wave structure - calm start, rising intensity and gentle landing. Electronic depth blended with ethnic and organic elements: voices, percussion, bass and raw rhythms. Live elements occasionally feature in collaboration with musicians and facilitators.

✨ Ceremonial Cacao can be purchased as a supplement to the dance - order by 24 hours before the event. Cacao is served at 19:30. Bring your own cup.

Dancefloor Guidelines:
We dance barefoot and without talking (sounds are welcome). No alcohol or other intoxicants, no mobile phones, no photos or video on the floor. Seek consent before touching others, and respect everyone's boundaries - verbal and non-verbal. No ticket refunds; tickets can be resold.

Range of Motion encourages all participants to become members of the association for ongoing community and discounts on all events - this replaces the former early bird system.
