Themed Evening in Hinnerup Forest: When Nature Gives Foothold

Meet at Cafe Rug at 17:15, from where the group walks together towards the treetops. Along the way, participants are guided through mindfulness exercises and sensory experiences, with short talks about nature's importance for wellbeing and mental health.
