Lecture on Art Therapy with Karin Van Everdinck

Lecture on art therapy on 24 September 2026, 18:30-20:00 at Delta Huset, Torvet 30B, 4293 Dianalund. Entrance from the rear of the centre.

Psychotherapist MPF and art therapist Karin Van Everdinck, owner of Everdinck Art Therapy, will give the lecture. She covers what art therapy is, how to become an art therapist, and what the method can be used for - including mental wellbeing, anxiety, stress, depression, life crises, personal development, grief, dreams, spirituality and Jung's psychology.

The lecture also covers therapy with children, young people and adults, group programmes and creative workshops with or without a theme. Among the methods presented are back-of-hand drawings, constellations, dream work, meditation, image analysis, mindfulness and body work. The question of whether you need to be able to draw or paint to participate in art therapy is answered during the lecture.
