Description was written before the event

The Anarchist Book Fair returns to Copenhagen. Ungdomshuset's hall fills with stalls featuring non-parliamentary material, while BIBLIOTEKET hosts talks on topics within the anarchist tradition.

The day includes workshops, a conversation café, and a peer-to-peer corner with shorter talks and debate. There are activities for children of various ages.

In the evening, Ungdomshuset's Folkekøkkengruppe serves dinner. Entry is free.

About the venue: BIBLIOTEKET Rentemestervej

BIBLIOTEKET on Rentemestervej opened in 2011 as Denmark's first fully integrated library and cultural centre. Designed by COBE, Transform and Brd. Andersen, the building is instantly recognisable by its four offset golden boxes, shaped like a stack of books - a landmark in the Nordvest district. Under one roof it brings together children's, youth and adult libraries, creative workshops, a flexible theatre hall, citizens' services and a café. The programme spans concerts, theatre, film screenings and literary events for all ages.
