Lecture with disability activist Rasmus Lund-Sørensen — Trekanten - Bibliotek og Kulturhus, Aalborg
Free entry

Disability activist Rasmus Lund-Sørensen posed the question "Why the hell do people with disabilities take up so little space?" during the 2025 parliamentary election. Since then, he has been mocked on the radio, found his way into the media - and his question made Denmark listen.

On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, he comes to Trekanten in Aalborg with a lecture about representation, dignity, and the right to be met as a human being - before others see the wheelchair, the diagnosis, or the help. Rasmus lives with cerebral palsy and speaks honestly and with humor about life with disability, about resistance, and about not letting others define your worth.

The lecture is for everyone with a personal assistant arrangement (BPA) and their assistants, and the event is designed as a gathering where helpers are also included. Participation is free but requires registration by September 1 to Tina at: tml-job@bpa-nord.dk
