Walk with Aage - Thursday

Health facilitator Aage invites you on a walking tour in Aalborg East. He walks daily himself because movement is good for him - and now he'd like some company.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. The meeting point is in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and afterwards there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of pace. The distance and speed are adjusted to suit the participants' fitness level.
