Through baby massage, you learn to work with your child's nervous system and give them a secure sense of their body - while strengthening the connection between you. The massage can also be used as a gentle tool against tension, colic-like discomfort, sleep problems, and motor restlessness.

Bring two large towels, a mat, and unscented oil. The oil must be safe if it gets in the mouth, so choose an edible variant.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. One ticket covers baby plus one parent - additional adults need their own ticket. The course takes place in Rotunden.
