Trash Hunt by Canoe 12-14 - Skraldival

Bring a partner and paddle out on Remstrup Å to collect trash. Canoes, life jackets, garbage bags, and grabbing tools are provided. This time slot runs from 12-14. Remember to wear clothes that can get wet.

Registration is via the library's website with a free ticket. One ticket gives access to one canoe with space for a maximum of 3 people - or 2 adults and 2 smaller children (max. 35 kg per child). There is also a time slot from 10-12; if you prefer that, book the other event. The canoe that collects the most trash wins a prize after the tour.

Departure point: Slusen - Silkeborg Kanoudlejning, Silkeborg. The event is part of Skraldival, an annual festival in week 38 focused on waste reduction and recycling, organized by Silkeborg Municipality, Silkeborg Forsyning, and Silkeborg Libraries. Read more at www.silkeborgbib.dk/skraldival
