Kristian Sloth gives a lecture on the history and development of Danish agriculture - past, present, and future. He challenges conventional narratives about farming and examines the major societal consequences of animal production.

Drawing on data, Sloth highlights new farming methods emerging as alternatives to conventional agriculture. With 25 years of experience as an investigative journalist, including work at Danmarks Radio, Sloth has deep knowledge of climate, environment, and biodiversity, with particular focus on agriculture.

Coffee and a morning pastry are included in the ticket price and served from 9:00 a.m. The lecture begins at 9:15 a.m.
