You and Baby: Baby Massage - SILKEBORG

You and Baby: Baby Massage: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 10:30–11:30, Silkeborg Bibliotek, Silkeborg. Tickets cost 45 kr.

Baby massage can calm your baby's nervous system, improve body awareness, and strengthen the bond between you. It's also a natural way to help with tension, colic-like symptoms, sleep problems, and restlessness.

Bring: 2 large towels, a mat, and unscented oil - the oil should be edible so it doesn't matter if your baby puts their fingers in their mouth.

Remember: 1 ticket gives access for baby + one parent; all other adults need their own ticket.

This autumn we also offer workshops on first aid for children, infant sleep, and postpartum recovery. Location: Orange scene.
