About the venue: VoxHall

VoxHall is a regional live music venue on Vester Allé in Aarhus, founded in 1999 and expanded in 2009 when capacity grew from 500 to 700. The main hall has a 14 x 5 m stage, a café with a small stage, and a balcony. The programme spans rock, heavy, hip hop, electronic music, jazz and world music, mixing emerging talent with established acts from Denmark and abroad. The venue is run by Fonden VoxHall with around 40 volunteers.

Swedish violinist and composer Sara Parkman has been redefining Nordic folk music since 2016, fusing traditional Swedish melodies with electronics and Gregorian chant. With Swedish Grammy and Manifest Gala awards to her name and a new album, Aster, atlas, out in 2026, she is in the middle of her most ambitious chapter yet.
