Plant Hangers and Poetry

A Sunday workshop at the library where Stine from MAKRAM guides you through the basic techniques of macramé. You choose from five or six different plant hangers and work with yarn, knots, and colours.

Throughout the workshop, poetry and short text excerpts are read aloud, weaving words and stories into the experience.

The workshop suits both beginners and experienced crafters - everyone should be able to finish their plant hanger by the end. Feel free to bring a pot that the hanger should fit; otherwise there are pots to borrow. All materials are included.
