Hidden Chemicals: When We Shop - Waste Festival

Consumer Council Think Chemistry presents a lecture on hidden chemicals and PFAS, which their laboratory tests repeatedly find in products from both online retailers and physical stores. The lecture covers what these substances are, why they can be problematic for health and the environment, and what consumers should be aware of.

The lecture is held by Christel Søgaard Kirkeby, team leader at Consumer Council Think Chemistry, who works with systematic laboratory testing and explains how we can make more informed choices in everyday life.
