Free entry

Bring a cake - homemade or shop-bought, the more indulgent the better - and contribute to a shared cake table. The library provides tea and coffee, and you are welcome to bring your own drinks. Tables will be set and cleanup is handled.

Everyone is welcome, both Danes and internationals. Free ticket required. Venue: The Hall.

About the venue: Roskilde Bibliotek

Roskilde Bibliotek on Dronning Margrethes Vej serves as the central library for Region Sjælland and Bornholm and is the main branch in a network of six libraries across the municipality. Beyond books, e-books and films, it has a hall seating up to 150 that associations can borrow free of charge for concerts and events. The programme ranges from reading clubs and author evenings to workshops, music and children's theatre, and the ground floor houses the Roskilde Local History Archive.
