Night in Mølleåen Nature Park

From Saturday 5 September to Sunday 6 September, Naturpark Mølleåen, Claus Nar Scout Group, and Farum Orienteering Club invite you to an overnight stay at the camp site in Nyvang - close to Klevads Mose and Mølleåen. The event is open to everyone, regardless of outdoor experience.

You can stay in a shelter, lavvu, hammock, bivouac or tent, and borrow equipment if you don't have your own (hammock, tent, lavvu, tarp, sleeping mat and sleeping bag). During the afternoon and evening there are activities such as campfire lighting, carving activities, orienteering, night reflector runs, night bingo, pancakes over the fire and storytelling - plus guidance on how to move around and sleep outdoors.

Food is prepared together over the fire: dinner on Saturday (with meat or vegetarian) and bread, plus porridge for Sunday breakfast. Everyone helps with preparation and washing up. Firewood, water and all kitchen equipment are included. Price: 25 kr. per participant, including dinner, breakfast, juice and snacks.

Bring: clothes for the weather (warm jumper, rain gear, hat, warm socks), headlamp or torch (10 headlamps available to borrow), sleeping bag and sleeping mat (can be borrowed), plus plate, cup and cutlery.

Transport: Bus 334, Holte st. - Stenløse st., stop at Farumvej 127. Parking at Ganløse Ore, Farumvej 127. From the bus stop/car park there is about a 10 minute walk through the forest to the camp site. There is a composting toilet at the camp site.
