Mommy Pilates & Gus

Motherhood is wonderful, but intense. On Thursday, September 17, Amager Centret, Mobilsauna, Blid Fødsel, and Joe & The Juice invite you to Mommy Pilates & Gus in Gårdhaven - bring your smallest training partner along.

The ticket costs 125 kr. (+ fee) and gives access to 30 minutes of Mommy Pilates with Sarah from Blid Fødsel followed by 45 minutes of relaxing sauna with Mobilsauna. You can participate in both or just what suits you and your baby. There is room for breaks, nursing, and time on the mat. Joe & The Juice provides fresh refreshments.

What to bring for you and baby:
🩱 Swimwear - required
🛁 Towel - preferably two: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with afterwards
🧖‍♀️ Optional bathrobe
🩴 Flip-flops
💧 Water bottle
👶 Baby monitor and clothes according to the weather - there will be heat lamps

Practical information:
👜 Shared changing facilities outdoors in tents. Personal belongings are supervised during the session but stored at your own risk.
💤 Babies can nap in the closed courtyard. We help each other keep an eye on awake babies so all moms can relax and enjoy the session.
