The völva was the Viking seer. With her staff, she performed seidr magic, and by casting bones and runes, she made prophecies. Now she has lost her runes - and without them, she cannot see into the future.

At all Mariagerfjord Libraries during staffed opening hours, you can help her find them again and save Völva's world.

"In Search of Runes" is part of the lead-up to "Völva's World" - a journey through time and faith taking place on 26 September 2026.
