The workshop begins with a brief introduction - if you've done this before, you can get started right away. Then you'll work with clay and receive ongoing help and guidance. Techniques on the programme include slab technique, coil technique, and hand-building. Note: there is no wheel-throwing on this workshop.

At the end, your pieces are glazed in the colour you choose, or you can paint them yourself. The workshop is for everyone from 6 to 99 years old - both beginners and experienced makers. It runs on the first Sunday of each month, and the same type of workshop is also offered on Tuesday evenings.

Included in the price: clay, 1 glaze (extra glazes can be purchased on the day), 2 firings, kiln space up to 20×20×10 cm (extra space can be purchased on the day), and access to all tools and materials in the workshop.
