Manu Louis (BE)

Belgian-born and Berlin-based, Manu Louis defies easy genre classification. He studied composition with Frédéric Rzewski and has performed over 500 electronic solo concerts across Europe and Asia in recent years.

At this concert, he performs with electronic instruments, guitar, and video projections. His music moves between experimental pop and improvised disco, freely blending old hits, new beat, dissident French chanson, art-pop, and hard bop - always in fresh contexts. He has released three albums and numerous singles.
