QUEERMASH X OPEN STAGE HOSTED BY BECK HEIBERG

QUEERMASH is a social Christmas party at Warehouse9's workshop in Vanløse - a space for the queer community to meet and hang out, far from traditional Christmas expectations. This edition features a bar with Warehouse9's white Christmas mulled wine, creative activities, and an Open Stage hosted by Beck Heiberg. The event takes place Saturday, December 12, 2026, 7 PM - 10 PM.

About the host: Beck Heiberg is a choreographer and performer based in Copenhagen and Berlin. His work spans theatre and performance, with dance as the focal point - movement is the primary tool in his conceptual performance and live art practice. Exploration of queer and trans political aesthetics is central to his artistic work. Beck is an active member of Dance Cooperative in Copenhagen and has previously collaborated with Warehouse9 on IPAF festival, residencies, and community events such as Tens Club and Trans and non-binary body training.

Open Stage: If you want to perform on stage, sign up with the host upon arrival. First come, first served.

Tickets are purchased via the button at the top of the page. There are two price levels - choose what suits you:
Glitter gnome: 50 kr. / Queer elf: 30 kr.

The event is recommended from 18+. Warehouse9 has level-free access and a gender-neutral accessible toilet via certified stair lift. All events at Warehouse9 are "relaxed", and a safer space policy applies - familiarize yourself at the entrance. Warehouse9 is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation and Copenhagen Municipality.
