Sailing tour - Discovering the history of the Maribo lakes

During the tour, Bjørnar tells the story of the manor houses Engestofte and Søholt, the medieval castle at Borgø, the fortification Hejrede Vold, and Stone Age settlements along the lake shores and on islands such as Præstø and Waarsaas Ø. He also highlights the role of water as the region's most important transport route through millennia - the lifeline that connected people, trade, and landscapes.

There will also be time to enjoy the lakes in peace and perhaps catch a glimpse of a white-tailed eagle.

Note: Public parking is available at the car park by restaurant Bangs Have. There are no toilets on board Anemonen, but public toilets are available in Bangs Have park.
