Reading Club: DR Romanprisen 2027 Silkeborg 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

Reading Club: DR Romanprisen 2027: Thursday 12 November 2026, 14:00–15:30, Silkeborg Bibliotek, Silkeborg.

Silkeborg Library participates in DR Romanprisen 2027 with a reading club where you help choose the winner. The club reads six novels by Danish authors published in 2026, selected by a jury from DR and the libraries. You don't need to be an experienced reader; what matters is the desire to read one novel per month and participate in the discussion.

Meetings are held in the Blue Meeting Room on the following Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.:

- Thursday 12 November 2026 - "In My House" by Maria Hesselager
- Thursday 10 December 2026 - "C" by Kamilla Hega Holst
- Thursday 7 January 2027 - title announced 1 September
- Thursday 4 February 2027 - title announced 1 November
- Thursday 4 March 2027 - title announced 1 November
- Thursday 8 April 2027 - title announced 1 December

Attendance is mandatory for all dates, and registration covers all meetings. The library will provide you with the books approximately 3-4 weeks in advance, and a facilitator will participate at each meeting.

Registration is via the form below. You can select multiple time slots, and the library will then form individual clubs - you will be notified which club you are placed in once it is finalized.
