Women's Evening - Tapas, Bingo and Lecture: Thursday 22 October 2026, 18:00–22:00, Svenstrup Bibliotek, Svenstrup J. Tickets cost 250 kr.

An evening featuring tapas, Sød Tøs bingo and a lecture on menopause, organized by Godthåb Borgerforening and Svenstrup Bibliotek. The bar is open throughout the evening.

The evening's speaker is nutritionist, coach and social counselor Anja Kamp Otte, who has worked with women's health for 30 years. The lecture covers how to exercise, eat well and care for yourself during menopause - and thereby reduce symptoms, even though you may not avoid them entirely.
