Modern Embroidery - Play with Stitches & Expression

In this workshop, Pi Vielsted (@pivielsted) covers the fundamentals of modern freehand embroidery and introduces the most useful embroidery stitches. During the workshop, we explore different types of embroidery thread and yarn, tools, materials, and design techniques - so you can continue working at home with your own motifs afterwards. The workshop is for beginners and those with some experience, ages 12 and up. All materials, instruction, and tips & tricks are included.

It's a good idea to think about a motif you'd like to create before you arrive.
