Funkasonic - Feel the Funk

Funkasonic plays New Orleans funk with Hammond organ, guitar, and funky grooves. The repertoire draws primarily from The New Mastersounds, a contemporary band that builds on funk, soul, and jazz traditions rooted in New Orleans. The band describes its sound as 5% jazz, 5% blues, and 90% funk.

Funkasonic has performed several concerts in 2026 and opened Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2026 at Copenhill.
