Family Health Day

Family Health Day - free activities: Tuesday 15 September 2026, 16:00–19:00, Tingbjerg Bibliotek\Kulturhus, Copenhagen.

Sunde Børn & Unge Tingbjerg/Husum invites you to a family health day - an open house event organized in collaboration with local organizations and associations in Tingbjerg. Location: Salen.

The programme features a smoothie bike where you blend your own smoothie using pedal power, plus health checks and advice from professionals at the Center for Children and Young People's Health and the Center for Diabetes, Heart and Lung Diseases. Caramba offers first aid mini-courses for all ages.

Children and young people can try basketball, handball, dance and other activities. At the healthy food stand you can see, touch and taste different vegetables and get inspiration for healthy everyday habits - food is also served so you can share a meal with other families.
