Description was written before the event

At a knitting reading session, participants knit while someone reads aloud. The texts vary from session to session - they might be short stories or excerpts from novels, both classic and contemporary.

Bring your knitting, and the library will provide the coffee.

About the venue: Fjerritslev Bibliotek

Fjerritslev Bibliotek is housed in the former town hall in the centre of town, converted into a library in 1987. The two-storey building - with lift access - has the children's section and adult fiction on the ground floor, while the reading room and non-fiction are upstairs. The basement holds the local history archive for Fjerritslev and the surrounding area. The library is part of Jammerbugt Bibliotekerne and regularly hosts talks and children's events.
