Saunagus

Saunagus at Nysø: 25 October – 29 November 2026, Nysø, Varde. Tickets cost 175 kr.

Guided sauna sessions by the lake in Søndre Plantage near the North Sea. Kenneth leads three guided sauna rounds with carefully selected essential oils, incense and heat waves, while the wood-fired stove crackles in the background and the view stretches across the lake and trees.

Between rounds there are breaks with the opportunity to swim in the lake. During the breaks, fruit, snacks and homemade electrolyte drinks are served.

Bring two towels (one to sit on, one for bathing), bathing shoes and optionally a bathrobe.

10% of the proceeds go to Foreningen Havblik, which supports a number of vulnerable groups.
