On Saturday, October 17, cookbook author Tina Scheftelowitz hosts a salad sing-along and communal dinner at Havmøllen. The evening combines group singing with shared cooking and a shared meal - and Frans Van der Woude joins both in the kitchen and in the dining room. The event is supported by Food Organisation of Denmark.

The menu features a hearty vegetarian meal made from Djursland ingredients: freshly cut vegetables, pink hummus made from Ingridærter, umami-boosted ragout, yogurt salad, roasted vegetables with birch and cheese, fresh herbs, toasted seeds and kernels, good bread, chili sauce and vinaigrette. Drinks and coffee are available at the bar.
