In her very first comedy show SOLO - a desperate dater's confessions, Mette Søndergaard draws on 13 years of involuntary singledom. She roasts herself and the awkward, absurd, and sometimes downright terrible encounters with the modern dating world - all told solo on stage with sharp satire and precise observations.
Mette Søndergaard Nielsen is an actress, producer, comedian, and playwright. She created the sketch show "Why Don't We Talk About Me" and the TV series "Dad", both made in the satire collective Flæs together with Sofie Jo Kaufmanas. She is also known for her parodies of Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen in the DR programme "Close to the Truth" and the 2024 theatre production "SHUT UP LARS!", which focused on depression. In 2025 she participated in Stormester season 9.
The show runs approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes without intermission. Age limit: minimum 15 years - ID must be presented. The show will be recorded. Tickets are refunded or exchanged only in case of cancellation. Intoxicated guests or guests who disturb during the show may be refused entry without refund.
