Whitehill
Benjamin Whitehill - guitar
Benjamin Whitehill is a noise troubadour and outsider recording artist who, since moving to Berlin in 2011, has moved in the margins of the city's experimental underground scene. He uses the guitar as both transmitter and receiver of signals - and as a container for disturbances - combining a technique focused on texture and percussion with various devices and preparations. The result is a kind of pseudo-tape music of skewed strings, wandering melodies, feedback, radio waves and electronic pulp, humming with playful voices in harmony with the cosmic microwave background.

Fredrik Ljungkvist: woodwinds / Niklas Barnö: trumpet / Alex Zethson: electric piano / Linus Hillborg: electronics / Joe Williamson: double bass / Dennis Egberth: drums
Dennis Egberth is a drummer and composer working in the borderland between free jazz, ambient soundscapes and hypnotic electronic pulses. With the sextet The Dennis Egberth Dynasty, he creates a meditative blend of spiritual jazz, monotone electronics and improvisational energy, where sound slowly unfolds in deep, textured layers. The group's debut album was released on the Brooklyn-based record label 577 Records in spring 2025.
PRiMi is supported by the Music Committee and Culture & Leisure Committee of Copenhagen Municipality, the Danish Arts Foundation, Vesterbro Local Committee, the Danish Artists' Association and Koda Culture.
