Trip to BogForum

Hovedbiblioteket in Viborg organizes a bus trip to BogForum in Copenhagen on October 30-31. The bus departs from the parking lot at Hovedbiblioteket, Vesterbrogade 15, on Friday at 8:00 and picks up at Bjerringbro Library at 8:30. The trip includes entertainment and competitions, and the library serves buttered rolls with coffee/tea on the way out and a sandwich on the return journey. Departure from Bella Center on Saturday at 16:00.

Accommodation is at Bella Sky Hotel at the entrance to BogForum in Bella Center. The stay includes breakfast buffet, and you can choose between single and double rooms. On Saturday at 8:30 there is an opportunity for a shared breakfast with the librarians.

Prices per person:
- Single room (bus + entry + hotel with breakfast buffet): 2,150 kr.
- Double room (bus + entry + hotel with breakfast buffet): 1,650 kr.
- Bus + entry without hotel: 1,050 kr.

If sharing a double room, both travelers must purchase the "Double room" ticket. There are 45 places, and the trip will be carried out with a minimum of 35 registrations. Registration deadline is Monday, September 21 at 12:00.

Allergies or special dietary requirements should be reported to the same email address. If you already have a ticket to BogForum but want to join the bus, you can also write to ansc@viborg.dk. Water and soft drinks can be purchased along the way.
