REPLIKA is a chamber play about entrusting the most intimate aspects of life to artificial intelligence. Sara is alone with her baby after her partner leaves her, and in desperation at not being able to cope, she creates the AI assistant Elia, who is to care for both the child and her own longings.

The production raises the question of whether there are limits to what artificial intelligence can be used for, and whether love can exist at all when only one party feels something. The audience comes close to the encounter between human and machine, in a piece that moves between reality, dreams and fiction.
