"Unplug" - Lecture with Neuroscientist Troels W. Kjær

Troels W. Kjær - "Unplug" Lecture: Wednesday 2 December 2026, 19:00–21:30, Skyum Idrætsefterskole, Snedsted. Tickets cost 195 kr.

On December 2, 2026, neuroscientist Troels W. Kjær visits Skyum Idrætsefterskole with the lecture "Unplug". His starting point is the brain under pressure - in a society filled with notifications, beeping alarms, emails and constant impressions from the phone.

When the brain never gets a break, we become worse at learning new things, find it harder to handle everyday challenges and lose focus on others. Troels W. Kjær illuminates the topic with insights and nuances from the latest neuroscience research.

There will be an opportunity to buy beer, water, coffee and cake.
