Many citizens struggle to navigate digital self-service solutions like borger.dk, sundhed.dk or SKAT - whether it's applying for housing support, updating information on Jobnet, understanding a letter from the municipality, or downloading an app.

Every Thursday from 3-5 PM, volunteers are ready at Gilleleje Library to help. No registration needed - just drop in.

The service is an expansion of Everyday Guidance, which has been running at Frivilligcenter Helsinge for several years, where over 250 citizens received help last year alone with everything from job applications to tax matters.
