Morning Dance

Morning Dance - weekly movement session: 7 September – 7 December 2026, Morning Dance, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 85 kr.

Every Monday from 09:00 to 10:00 at yum café, start your day with an hour of conscious, intuitive dance and movement - completely alcohol-free and on an ordinary weekday morning.

Dance can be a playground for creative expression, a way to feel what's moving in your body, or a form of self-therapy where emotions become movement without the filter of thoughts and words. Along the way, small invitations may arise, which you're free to accept if they resonate with you.

The atmosphere is relaxed - come exactly as you are and dress however you like, but always with respect for others in the room.
