Maria Månson is a former cultural journalist and DR presenter behind the podcast "Din Hånd i Min" (Your Hand in Mine) about being a caregiver to seriously ill people. In this lecture, she offers a brutally honest account of the caregiver role: the forbidden feelings, the heavy responsibility, and the balance between caring for the sick person and taking care of yourself.

Participants will gain tools to break isolation and put words to the difficult choices during illness. There is room for reflection, questions, and sharing of experiences.
