Postnatal Café: Baby First Aid

An instructor from Brand og Redning Sønderjylland (Southern Jutland Fire and Rescue) will teach first aid for babies and small children at the maternity café. The programme covers foreign objects in the airway, cardiopulmonary resuscitation for infants, fever and febrile convulsions, and when and how to call for help.

The maternity café meets three times in autumn and is aimed at parents on parental leave who want to spend a morning with other parents and children. Registration opens on 4 August at 10:00.
