bed (JP) | Stairway

bed (JP) live - techno, pop, punk: Friday 6 November 2026, 19:00–23:00, Stairway, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 60–120 kr.

bed is a four-piece band from Tokyo that formed out of frustration with Japan's J-pop-dominated music industry. They deliberately ignore the industry's unwritten rules and blend techno, pop, punk, and classic rock in a way that has earned them a reputation as one of Japan's best live bands.

The band - Sinji, Une, Shun-1, and Joneu - began taking shape in summer 2021 and have since built a devoted fanbase in Tokyo, partly through their regular club night bedroom. Their debut EP 円相 | Enso, released later this year, moves freely between soft rock and techno-anarchy, featuring dance-punk and raw punk - a deliberately impossible-to-categorize statement.

This concert is part of Musikcaféen's programme. While HUSET undergoes renovation, the event takes place at Stairway, Lindehøjen 12, 2720 Vanløse.
