The evening is divided into two parts. The first part explores soil: where it comes from, what it consists of, and how simple, practical tests can help you get to know your garden soil better. Feel free to bring a small sample of soil from home to examine together.

The second part focuses on the relationship between soil and plants - including how to naturally improve soil quality and what to do with garden waste.

Lecturer Hervé Lognonné has practiced organic gardening for over 40 years. He works with soil and soil fertility as a lecturer, writer, and instructor at the Regenerative Agriculture School, is behind havelab.dk and bioindikatorplanter.dk, and has written the book "SOIL - The Future Begins Here".
