AI Masterclass - Decide, Defend & Deliver

AI Masterclass organized by TechWomen Cph and Women in Data & Analytics, held at SimCorp in Copenhagen. The target audience is data analysts, data scientists, product managers, and designers who want to move from AI curiosity to AI judgment - the ability to assess whether an AI feature is worth building, defend that decision to a stakeholder, and understand what disciplined delivery requires.

The masterclass is structured around three interactive acts:

Act 1 - Decide with Galina Zirneeva: hands-on exercise in building a reusable evaluation framework for AI output and a go/iterate/kill method based on explicit criteria rather than gut feeling.

Act 2 - Defend / PRESS with Sara Mehrabi: participants pressure-test their decision with AI in the role of skeptical stakeholder, sharpening the ability to communicate and defend a choice before presenting it to a real stakeholder.

Act 3 - Deliver / Pipeline Demo with Monique Marins: a live walkthrough of disciplined AI delivery, including a working reference architecture for an AI development pipeline and the placement of human checkpoints in the process. Particularly relevant for data scientists, developers/data engineers, and PMs building their own prototypes.
